Embodied erotic aliveness

Expanding on Full embodiment model: taking sexuality out of the head and into the body

Do you long to truly feel at home in your body and free in your erotic expression?

This course is an invitation to connect more deeply to your own aliveness. To build on your capacity to express your sexuality and eroticism in an authentic way that is aligned with who you are.

It is a chance to reconnect to the part of ourselves beneath the shame, fear and disconnect we might have had to learn. A gentle space to explore what it might feel like to truly experience pleasure and fulfillment in life as well as what might be getting in the way of that.

Why being embodied matters when you want a fulfilling sexuality?

Because sex takes us deep into the body, if we are not truly connected with it, sex may gratify the ego momentarily. But afterward we often feel empty, because we haven’t truly listened to and paid attention to our body’s deeper needs.

Embodiment is the distinction between gratifications that ultimately feel empty and pleasure that leave us truly satisfied. Embodied pleasure is deep and lasting, with profound effects on every aspect of our lives.

How we’ll work together

We will be working from the outside in, meaning we will take our time to create enough physical presence and stability within ourselves before doing any depth work. Practicing to be in and with ourselves. Through embodiment practices, exercises to strengthen your sense of self, guided explorations, playfulness, you will build a foundation of safety and presence before gently moving into deeper work.

Think of it like learning to swim: first we need to feel safe and buoyant in the water, to trust our own body’s capacity to float, before we can dive deeper.
This approach supports your own ability to tune in and listen to yourself in a compassionate and connected way, increasing your capacity to meet what comes up, without being overwhelmed by it.

You will develop the groundedness to stay present with pleasure, to recognize when you are numbing out or pushing past your limits, and to make choices that truly honor what your body is telling you.

What you will gain

By the end of this course, you will have practical tools to navigate pleasure without shame, communicate your desires with clarity, and feel more integrated in your erotic self. Whether you are healing from past hurt, breaking free from inherited shame, or simply wanting to experience more joy and vitality – this course offers a pathway to your true self.

This course honors your pace and boundaries, you are welcome exactly as you are.

The journey

During this 4 week course we will be focusing on embodying the ability to feel and sense our boundaries, needs and longings. We’ll get curious about what would happen if we allow ourselves to move away from shame, conditioning, objectification – to instead embrace our full, authentic, sensual selves.

Day 1 - March 21, 2026

Embodiment: the gateway to aliveness and presence.

Being embodied is at the root of our capacity to navigate our life with presence and awareness. It guides and informs our decisions around (but not only) our erotic expression and allows us to enhance our erotic aliveness.

Embodiment also supports us in orienting ourselves in relationship to others.

You’ll be able to:
  • understand what kind of relationship you have with your body;
  • recognize when you tend to shut down your aliveness, because you don’t know how to contain it;
  • when you abandon yourself and what are the motives to do so;
  • begin to explore your own way into embodiment;
  • expand your capacity to receive and embrace pleasure.

Day 2 - March 28, 2026

The beauty of boundaries
Having a clear sense of physical and intrapsychic boundaries enhances our ability to trust in our “no”, which increases our capacity for a whole hearted “yes”!

This boundary work will support us in connecting to and reinforcing our sense of dignity. We will also elaborate on the concept of consent from different perspectives.

You’ll learn:
  • to identify what stands in the way of saying your “no” and what holds you back in your “yes”;
  • boundary setting practices;
  • why the sense of self-worth is fundamental for setting boundaries;
  • why weak boundaries often lead to being confused about one’s own sexuality and how to recognize it.

Day 3 - April 11, 2026

Objectification: moving from judgement and performance to acceptance and being real
Self perception ceases to be a reflection of wounds and becomes a reflection of our true self. We often idealize other bodies and devalue our own and by doing so we feed shame, insecurity, jealousy in us.

“Stop looking at yourself through the eyes of those who never saw you”.

Who are we at our core and how can we experience sensuality and eroticism on our own terms?

We will be welcoming Ariel Giarretto who is the founder of Full Embodiment model and expert on sexuality and sexual trauma.

We will explore:
  • how early internalized messages have created a distorted vision of who we are;
  • what gets in the way of experiencing sensuality and eroticism on our own terms;
  • how can we shift our attention from outside judgments to inside sensations;
  • why performance and judgment are the biggest enemies of self acceptance.

Day 4 - April 18, 2026

Cultivate your embodied erotic aliveness in everyday life
When our sexuality is free of judgment, anxiety and conditionings, every other aspect of our lives is much more alive and creative. When we are truthful to what we truly desire, our discomfort around sexuality will ease and connecting to our erotic self will fill our life with meaning.

Who you truly are underneath all the conditionings and shame?
How do you want to give expression to your sensual/erotic self?

We’ll explore:
  • understanding the difference between authentic pleasure and ego need;
  • different ways of expressing your eroticism that align with who you are and the way you want to be in the world;
  • the reasons why we have or don’t have sex and how to engage in sexuality from a healthy and conscious place.

Adriana

My work is born from a desire to support individuals in “coming home” to themselves, rediscovering their erotic aliveness beyond the shame, fear, or disconnect that our culture often imposes. I deeply believe that sexuality is much more than what we do in the privacy of our bedrooms: it is an act of personal sovereignty, a way of saying yes to life itself, and a path to inhabiting one’s body with dignity and presence.

As a psychosomatic sex educator and depth coach, I specialize in navigating the complex territories of boundaries, power dynamics, and alternative sexualities. A central part of my commitment is dedicated to supporting professionals in the helping fields—therapists, coaches, and educators—assisting them in bringing integrity, awareness, and an authentically sex-positive perspective to their practice, especially when facing histories of attachment trauma or boundary violations.

I believe that tending to one’s erotic landscape requires patience, compassion, and the right instruments. My goal is to provide that safe and structured space where curiosity can finally take root, allowing each individual to flourish according to their own terms and inner truth.

Elizabeth

Witnessing someone come home to themselves and (re)connect to their heart is something I find deeply moving and meaningful in my work. Allowing ourselves to inhabit our bodies and give expression to who we are beneath shame and fear is something I feel deeply passionate about and committed to.

With a mix of Swedish/Armenian roots, I grew up going back and forth between Sweden and Cyprus. Cultural diversity was present both in my family of origin and my surroundings growing up; because of this, I love meeting people from all over the world and learning about their lived experiences. People’s lives, strength, and resilience never cease to amaze and humble me.

I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), a NARM Master Therapist, a SOMA Embodiment Practitioner, a Somatic Sexuality Healing Practitioner, and a Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) provider, as well as an integrative therapist. A lot of my work revolves around supporting people with complex histories of attachment and developmental trauma, as well as survivors of sexual abuse.

When not in my private practice working with clients, I assist at Somatic Experiencing trainings, as well as with the Full-Embodiment work of Ariel Giarretto, which is great fun! My background as a musician and singer is something I carry with me, and it remains an important part of my life.
