Landscaping the Erotic: depth and body oriented...
Free Guide
Mapping your erotic landscape
Before we can cultivate and design our erotic landscape, we need to understand the terrain we’re already working with.
Self assessment guide for both your personal and professional life.
For professionals
Working as therapists, coaches, and educators brings countless challenges – but when it comes to sexuality, everything becomes even more charged.
The complexities of working with sexuality, sexual trauma, intimacy issues, and boundary ruptures often feel too intense and specialized for traditional supervision. We find ourselves navigating boundary challenges and power dynamics that our training didn’t fully prepare us for, needing to skillfully manage invisible forces that can either heal or harm.
This intersection of sexuality, power, and healing frequently brings up scenarios that feel beyond our expertise, leaving us with imposter syndrome and professional anxiety.
This is why I’m passionate about helping professionals navigate this complex terrain.
Having worked extensively with sexuality, power dynamics, and boundary ruptures, I understand the unique challenges you face. I provide depth-focused coaching specifically designed for professionals working at the intersection of sexuality and healing – because this work deserves specialized support.
For individuals
Your sexuality is a vital part of who you are – yet it might feel like the most complicated, confusing, or disconnected aspect of your life.
If you’re here, you might be experiencing some of these struggles:
You feel disconnected from your sexual self, going through the motions without truly being present. You wonder why intimacy feels so difficult or why you can’t access the pleasure and connection you crave. Your erotic landscape feels barren or unfamiliar.
You’re carrying sexual shame or trauma that’s affecting your intimate life. Past experiences have created walls you don’t know how to break down, and you’re tired of letting your history control your present. The terrain of your sexuality feels damaged or unsafe.
You’re struggling with power dynamics in relationships – always giving in, unable to ask for what you want, or feeling like you have to control everything. The balance between vulnerability and strength feels impossible as you navigate this complex erotic terrain.
You’ve experienced boundary violations that have left you questioning your judgment. You want to trust and be intimate again, but you’re unsure how to protect yourself while remaining open to connection. Your erotic boundaries need careful tending and restoration.
You feel like part of your sexual self has been locked away, and you want to reclaim it but don’t know where to start. There are unexplored territories in your erotic landscape waiting to be discovered.
You’re in a relationship where sexual issues are creating distance or conflict. You love your partner, but the sexual dynamics between you feel stuck or avoided entirely. Your shared erotic landscape needs cultivation and care.
Your sexuality deserves attention, care, and skilled guidance. It’s time to thoughtfully landscape your erotic self-creating fertile ground for authentic sexual expression and connection.
About me
I’m Adriana
Psychosomatic sex educator and depth coach specialized in sexual boundary ruptures, power dynamics and alternative sexualities.
My work integrates psychoeducation, embodiment, and depth psychology to help clients understand their sexual challenges, heal the deeper patterns that shape their erotic expression and support them in cultivating their authentic erotic landscapes.
I currently specialize in supporting professionals – therapists, coaches, educators, and health practitioners – who are navigating complex issues such as sexual boundary ruptures, gender-based violence, narcissistic abuse, power dynamics, and ethical challenges in the helping professions.
My life and professional path has been unconventional. I haven’t pursued traditional academic routes: I believe that as professionals, we need to integrate and embody our own sexuality so we can truly help our clients – not just by offering suggestions and techniques, but by creating a relational space that allows them to discover the deeper meaning of their sexual experience for themselves.

My biggest teachers are my clients and my own life. While I continue educating myself formally, my deepest learning comes from real-life experiences. I apply what I have studied to my own journey, learn through my mistakes, follow my curiosity, navigate moments of insecurity and doubt. The most profound and powerful lessons often emerge from the humbling experiences of suffering and pain.
My experience
Since 2017, I have worked closely with Ariel Giarretto in Full Embodiment workshops around the world.
Throughout my career, I have worked with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking – offering trauma-informed support that honors resilience, healing, and safety.
My work also included supporting people with disabilities in reclaiming their sexuality and pleasure. I have collaborated with the University and Spinal injury unit of Perugia (Italy) to support individuals with spinal cord injuries, focusing on sexual health, pleasure, and embodiment.
I am passionate and committed to raising awareness around consensual and ethical BDSM and kink where meaning and connection to the souls needs are at the center.
In the growing context of devaluation of dignity, self worth and objectification of eroticism I am deeply motivated in supporting the empowerment and well being of sex workers.
To strive for perfection is to kill love because perfection does not recognize humanity
Work with me
Alternative Sexualities
I work with individuals who are exploring BDSM, kink, and non-traditional relational frameworks. Whether you’re curious about power exchange, seeking to understand ethical practices, or navigating the complexities of alternative sexuality communities, this work focuses on cultivating awareness, consent, and authentic expression within these realms.
Sexual Boundary Violations
I support individuals who are processing sexual trauma and working through boundary violations. This includes understanding how past experiences shape your current sexual landscape, recognizing patterns that may be affecting your intimate relationships, and developing the capacity to create safer, more conscious connections.
Disconnection from Your Erotic Self
I work with those who feel cut off from their sexual energy or authenticity. Whether this disconnection stems from shame, trauma, cultural conditioning, or simply feeling lost in your erotic landscape, this work is about rediscovering your relationship with your sexuality and creating space for genuine expression and connection.
Boundary Ruptures & Ethical Dilemmas
I support professionals who are working with clients experiencing sexual boundary violations or supporting those who have caused sexual harm. This work focuses on developing the clinical skills to navigate these sensitive situations, maintaining therapeutic safety while holding space for complex trauma dynamics, and learning to work effectively with boundary rupture cases without being overwhelmed by their intensity.
Power Dynamics & Relational Complexity
I support professionals who are encountering the invisible forces of power in therapeutic relationships, especially when working with gender-based violence, narcissistic abuse, and complex relational frameworks. This work focuses on developing awareness of these dynamics and learning to navigate them skillfully without being overwhelmed by their intensity.
Personal Sexuality Issues
I work with helping professionals whose own sexuality issues are impacting their ability to work effectively with clients. This includes addressing how personal sexual shame, trauma, or unresolved dynamics may be affecting your professional capacity, and creating space to explore these intersections with the depth and confidentiality this work requires.
What my clients say
In this section, I’m delighted to share the words of some of my clients, including both supervision sessions for professionals in helping relationships and individuals. This will give you a closer look at them and the journeys they’ve taken with me.
Supervision session
I first met Adriana at the “Di Sesso in Senso” experiential marathon workshop, which has been held in Perugia since 2018, and I have attended every edition. From the beginning, I appreciated her work, which is characterized by clear content and methods, respect for boundaries and consent, and a gradual approach to the different levels of work on the body and sexuality, from the sensory to the emotional and cognitive. This is why I decided to undertake an individual journey with her, which took place online last year. I had the opportunity to discover long-dormant parts of myself, reclaim my sexed body, work on the importance of boundaries and consent in a relationship, and explore my gender identity, my taboos, and my beliefs about sexuality. This allowed me to untangle some knots in my emotional and sexual life, leading me to new possibilities and greater fulfillment and awareness in how I want to live my relationships.
I am also very interested in starting a supervision path with Adriana, both to continue and consolidate my personal work and to gain more tools and awareness for my profession as a psychotherapist.
I sincerely thank Adriana for her competence, empathy, and willingness to connect—all fundamental tools, in my opinion, for navigating an intense, beautiful, and formative journey like the one I took with her and which I hope to continue.

Individual session
These few lines aren’t enough to describe all the great work that was done, but they’re what I’m able to put into words.
“In my life, I’ve always had a conflicted relationship with my body and sexuality, also due to previous trauma. In search of a solution for myself, I found Adriana’s name. At first, I was very skeptical and hesitant to contact her. I was afraid of being judged and was very scared.
But from the very beginning, Adriana was able to put me at ease. She respected me first and foremost as a person, but she especially respected my timing. She taught me to listen to myself and my bodily sensations, but she also taught me how to set boundaries with other people who often ask us to go ‘beyond’ what we want or desire. And finally (and this is no small thing), she gave me many practical tips on how to be more loving with myself and my body. I highly recommend her because she is a truly professional and, above all, empathetic person. I’m happy to have met her on my path.”

Supervision session
This was a beautiful workshop that I attended with curiosity, but also with some skepticism, thinking, “What could there possibly be to learn?” In reality, there is so much to learn, so much to ask ourselves about what sexuality and intimate encounters with others mean to us, and so much to listen to about the concepts of beauty and pleasure. It was a journey of understanding and self-listening that doesn’t just stop at the body and its blocks but reaches more precious realms. Adriana guided us with great warmth and expertise into a reality that is often approached and treated superficially, even though it is fundamental to life. The encounter with others is first and foremost a contact with oneself, and during this afternoon of joy and irony, I had the opportunity to discover something that enriched me, my relationship, and also my profession as a counselor and a Metamorphic Technique practitioner. Thanks also to the wonderful group of women who were present.

Individual session
I met Adriana through a recommendation from my psychologist. Although I was very skeptical, my life slowly started to change right from our very first meeting—I wouldn’t have believed it.
I was in a state where I felt and believed I was wrong, inadequate, without passions, and worthless.
With her sweetness, her loving nature, and patience, Adriana managed to teach me to appreciate myself for who I am, to love myself, and to discover the pleasure in giving and receiving, in giving affection and receiving joy in doing so.
I discovered new sensations that our body transmits to us—in touching, looking, and listening to everything around us.
Adriana is a person full of wisdom, knowledge, passion, humility, determination, and love for people. More than once, I found myself saying to her, “How much do you know?”
Going on this journey with her makes you feel good, and little by little, you find yourself changed into a person who is aware of who you are and what you want.
I thank this young woman for everything she has managed to transmit to me, for who I have become, and who I will become.
Thank you, Adriana.

Supervision session
Adriana is gentle and capable of presence and care. She is welcoming and fluid.
She was able to give me clear yet soft boundaries and structure to begin a new and unfamiliar exploration for me. She has a broad, non-judgmental perspective, full of possibilities and pragmatism.
She allows me to “simplify” topics that are as powerful and fascinating as they are complex and existential.
The discovery of Pleasure, my Body, and my Self-Worth happens with clear, practical steps, gentle touches, and a firmness that guides me. I appreciate her availability and her capacity to hold the space for a journey that has just begun, whose essence fascinates me as much as it frightens me. The online work is rich and stimulating, full of practical exercises and seemingly distant experiences that are, nonetheless, functional for encountering Pleasure in and for myself.
I am grateful for this journey with Adriana. I am curious about the next explorations and where I will end up!

Individual session
Dearest Adriana,
Saturday evening was a truly special night, and it’s difficult to explain in words. So I’ll trust the body, which you are teaching us to respect, love, care for, pamper, and also to let enjoy itself. After our Saturday gathering, this one in particular, my body is vibrating with serenity, love, beauty, and gratitude. Thank you.
I thank you for your sensitivity, your sweetness, your apparent lightness, and your intensity and passion in the things you share with us, for your unexpected, gentle caresses, light as a feather. A caress. How beautiful it is to receive and to give!
Every one of your sentences is full of meaning and lived experience; it’s a testament to your ability to transform and evolve despite the pain, suffering, and troubles that life has also given you. And by putting yourself out there with us, with your experience, you give us unique and indescribable moments and teach us to be aware and to find pleasure and happiness in the small things, gestures, or words.
I consider myself honored and privileged to be a part of this group.

Individual session
I’ve always had a bit of a difficult relationship with my sexuality, partly because of my experience of not being seen as a sexual being due to my disability, but also because I felt I had learned to ‘own’ every part of myself and be in harmony with it, except for my sexuality. I looked for ways to address this and understand myself better and tried both traditional therapy and more alternative methods, but none of them really gave me the answers I wanted, until I found Adriana.
From the very first session, I knew I had finally found what I had been searching for my whole life. I had found a space where I felt safe to deeply share and explore this part of myself. With other forms of therapy, I could share my emotions, but I couldn’t feel what I needed to feel. While in others, I could feel what was happening in my body and how my sexuality was expressing itself, but I couldn’t share or process what was happening.
With Adriana, I can do both of these things; I can share and I can feel, but most importantly, and for the first time, I can understand. Having this complete experience and such a compassionate and skilled guide like Adriana has started me on this path of true understanding. I no longer feel that my sexuality is something to control or ‘keep in check’; I feel it’s a part of me that I can understand and master.
I will always be grateful to Adriana, and for her help with this, and I would recommend her to anyone who, like me, wants to learn more and understand this part of themselves in a safe space.

Individual session
Working with Adriana was transformative, not just in understanding the impact that trauma had on my body and my behavior, but also in finally learning that what I feel matters and that I don’t have to compromise to be loved. I’ve let go of a lot of burdens I was carrying inside.
A journey to take within ourselves. The right path. For me. Thank you, Adriana. Truly.

Individual session
I had the opportunity to attend several courses held by Adriana when I was very young (between 21 and 23 years old). I can say that, besides being a person who is extremely passionate and competent in her work, her human side and her sensitivity helped me a lot not to feel awkward, but rather, understood. Thanks to her courses, I changed my perspective on sexuality, became more self-aware, and learned to respect and love myself.
I recommend her to everyone, whether they’re new to the topic or even very young, because they will find an expert sexologist who is equally competent and respectful. They won’t feel judged, but rather, helped.

Supervision session
I met Adriana in a professional context, and on that occasion, I appreciated her great competence and ability to listen to people. When I felt the need to deepen my understanding of sexuality on a personal and professional level, I decided to start a series of personal sessions and work supervision with her.
I found in Adriana a clarity and support that allowed me to feel more confident and led me to start a professional career in this field.
Thank you, Adriana, for your support and authenticity.

Individual session
Adriana is a kind and well-prepared professional. From our very first appointment, she immediately put me at ease. With infinite patience and immense knowledge about the effects of trauma on the body, she helped me feel safe in my own skin, get to know myself better, and now my psycho-physical state has improved so much.
My sessions with Adriana helped me understand my body and sexuality better. I never imagined I’d be able to look at my body in the mirror without feeling fear or disgust, or that I could feel comfortable being naked in front of my partner. Most of all, I never imagined that sexuality could be something pleasant.
It’s impossible to describe in words everything I gained from my journey with Adriana. All I can say is thank you, and that I’m so happy I found the courage to contact her.

Supervision session
With great enthusiasm, I started a journey with Adriana Brablik, who provided me with practical and useful tools for both my personal and professional life. I feel much more confident and strong in my relationships. Thank you.

Individual session
From our very first meeting, I found Adriana to be highly prepared and deeply empathetic, which immediately made me feel at ease, despite the delicate topics.
I have always felt a profound sense of acceptance and great respect for my pace. With her work, Adriana has given me strength and a connection to my deepest desires. She has helped me to feel and cultivate my vital energy: my body is finally alive and receptive.
I still find it hard to believe that (just as she said it would from the beginning) I am once again regaining sensation in parts of my body that had become numb due to a surgical procedure, and I am learning to feel infinite nuances.
Together we have dismantled common stereotypes and false beliefs. I have freed myself from insecurities and fears and have removed a dull film that made colors less vivid. At every meeting, I discover new elements, new parts of myself, and new perspectives. Each appointment is an opportunity to face blocks I hadn’t seen before, which we dissolve together, freeing the way for a newfound vitality.
The work you do with her is not just a physical journey, but an emotional and spiritual one as well. It’s an alignment with who we are, a progressive and faithful adherence to our nature. The more I go on, the more I discover that the limits are only in my head.
Thank you, Adriana, from the bottom of my heart.

Supervision session
Adriana demonstrates professionalism, ethics, and clarity in her coaching work. I have observed in her a natural ability to hold space for the other person, with a gentle yet firm energy. She has extensive experience working with women who have been victims of sexual abuse, and it is evident that she is driven primarily by a desire to support others on their healing journey.
Personally, I have learned a great deal and drawn inspiration from her approach to client check-ins and session management.
I would choose these five words to describe her: ethical, present, skillful, sensorial, feminine.
Original English testimonial.
Supervision session
Adriana transmits an open and non-judgmental approach in all her interactions, both with myself and as I have observed in small and large groups.
I have experienced Adriana as someone capable of creating a real space for the other person to share what’s on their mind. There is a silent stillness in her manner that invites the other person to speak. She is particularly sensitive to non-verbal cues and how she reacts on a somatic level, and she uses this to understand the client’s experience. She conveys a deep understanding of human nature and psychological development, with a particular intuition into somatic modalities.
She has a clear understanding of responsibility in the helping professions and the need to work sensitively and respectfully with boundaries at the client’s pace.
Original English testimonial.
Supervision session
As a coach, Adriana can guide the client to see what they might not “yet” see, while respecting and trusting the client’s reality. Adriana is an expert consultant and is well-informed on various practices.
Adriana has qualities such as compassion, humility, insight, and integrity.

Individual session
Dear Adriana,
I want to say THANK YOU.
I feel that I’m going through a period of great change, and your course came at just the right time.
Thanks to our meetings, I’m making peace with my feminine energy and rebalancing my masculine energy. I’m learning to make peace with myself, to forgive myself, to rediscover my strength, and most of all, I’m realizing that I’m falling more and more in love with myself. I’m beginning to truly love myself completely. I’m rediscovering and loving my body and my being, my soul, loving even all the imperfections and flaws that are a part of me. I feel freer, more complete. I’m letting go of the need to always be in control and to be rigidly perfect in every situation. I’m no longer afraid of what others think. And I’m realizing that, now more than ever, I love myself for who I am, both inside and out.
A heartfelt thank you.
Translated from the Italian original.
Individual session
I wanted to thank you for this first phase of our meetings. As always, I’m feeling the benefits in the days that follow, including greater lightness, more openness—both sensorially and in my curiosity about the world—and more trust. But also, my nerves are a bit more exposed, meaning I’m more sensitive to what bothers and irritates me. Things I used to tolerate, I now no longer tolerate and am working to change course!
The main thing I’m taking from our meetings is the ability to dare, which I think is a characteristic of mine, but one that I sometimes inhibit. I’ve dared a lot during this time, and I’ve given myself permissions that were once unthinkable.
And through that, I’m discovering just how infinite and varied the dimension of pleasure truly is. That nothing excludes anything. But if I hadn’t dared…!

What makes you feel emotionally and physically confident in bed?
This article explores what makes us feel emotionally and physically safe in intimacy. It argues that building a secure relationship with ourselves is key, often more important than techniques or toys. True sexual fulfillment comes from a place of self-trust, presence, and honoring our authentic desires, not from a culture of performance and achievement.
Erotic landscaping – the beauty of tending our own garden of eros
Erotic landscaping is a metaphor for cultivating your own desires. It’s a lifelong process of tending to your inner garden, removing weeds of shame and judgment, and actively creating an environment where your erotic self can flourish. It’s about accepting that true beauty lies in the journey, not just the destination.
Ethics and boundaries in holistic or therapeutic massage
In the context of massage, personal boundaries are naturally crossed, making it vital for both practitioners and clients to feel safe. Too often, however, there is a lack of training and awareness regarding ethics, consent, and power dynamics. Integrating these topics into bodyworkers’ training is essential for preventing violations and enhancing the quality of the therapeutic relationship.
